Player animations!

The main player (whom I typically refer to simply as Girl) now has animations, and they've been fully incorporated into the game, except for the climb animation which is pretty buggy at the moment. But the rest look good!

You now actually lose if you fall off the left edge of the screen, but that's okay because you can then quit or restart.
